There’s a whole world of people out there who every single year go from either being fed up with the corporate world, or that become retired at maybe a younger age and they still want to work but they want to do their own thing, and these are the people who make up the population of people who buy franchises.

There’s all the food franchises, there’s thousands and thousands of franchises, and people spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to set up franchises where they’ve got to go in and work 65 hours a week to make it happen.

So there’s a great pool of people out there who are willing to spend $50,000 to set up a business like this.

Another approach might be instead of marketing it for $50,000, market it for $25,000 or $10,000 and allow yourself to not only have the market of the people who were thinking about a franchise, but also people who are looking at an internet business and realize that the investment to set up an internet business is usually very low, but to get the right training you generally have to spend a little bit more money.

Does this kind of set some ideas off in your mind, Rhonda?

Rhonda: That’s amazing, yeah. What about the idea of actually having two different price points? One would be for marketing to people that were thinking of opening a franchise, because they would be willing to pay more let’s say, and another price point and maybe a little bit of a dumbed down training for people who were just coming off the street looking to open up an internet marketing business.

Sean: Absolutely. Actually, I think that’s a good idea. Let’s say you have two price points. You have a $5K price point and you have a $50K price point.

What you’ll find with this is let’s say that over time you put 30 people into the $5K program, so 30 people buy the $5K program from you over time. It could be 3 months, 6 months, a year, whatever, but you have 30 people who buy the $5K program from you.

They go through it, they learn, and maybe in this $5K program they get to $5-10K a month in income, but obviously you’re revealing more advanced material in the $50K program.

These people obviously trust you a lot. First, they spent $5K with you, secondly they came to your program, and thirdly they took your content and began to make $5-10K a month, so there’s a huge level of confidence.
