Big Ticket Sales – Creating a Big Ticket Product That Sells I

So having said that, let’s talk about creating a high-ticket product that sells. Now keep in mind that 50-80% of the selling of your high-ticket product occurs I’m going to call it subliminally. It occurs as you’re developing that trust.

You see, when we go back to that $50 product, 100% of the selling that goes into a $50 product is the sales page, hype, blah blah blah. 100% of the selling occurs on the sales page for a $50 product.

But for a high-ticket item of say $5,000, I’m going to guess that 80% of the selling of that product occurs not at the point of a sales page, not at the point of a conversation, not at the point of any particular email or conversation –

I’m going to suggest that 80% of the selling that occurs of a $5,000 product has occurred in this process of trust that you’ve built up.

Any questions on that statement I just made? Obviously for you, depending on your niche and depending on how well you communicate, for you it might be 60% or 90%, so there may certainly be some type of a range in here.

But the idea here is that in my personal opinion, and I’ve seen it time and time and time again but I don’t want to declare it fact, the bulk of the selling process occurs in the building up of the trust.

The final step in the selling process is what we’re getting ready to go through. The final step in the process is someone realizing that what you are providing for them at $5,000 is worth more than $5,000. There’s a positive Return on Investment.

I’m going to show you an example. This is the easiest way to do it. I’m just going to start with some volunteers and do it by example. I’m literally willing to take any niche. I’ll take anybody that’s on the phone call and we’ll do this example for your own product

Now keep in mind that for just about everybody here, I don’t know exactly what you’re doing, but I am going to give you ideas that if somebody else were to take my idea within your niche and run with it, obviously they’re going to gain some value. So just recognize that you’re opening yourself up a tad here, because although I don’t know anything about what you’re doing, I am going to ask you some pointed questions and I’m going to give you some ideas.
